Why I'm taking French...

I chose to take french because i thought it would be refreshing-- something new and exciting. It seems like everyone takes Spanish, and I didn't want to fall into that category. French sounds about a million times prettier than English or Spanish also. I see myself traveling Europe when I am older, so I thought it would come in great use. I orginaly really wanted to take Swedish because my aunt is Swedish and I wanted to be able to talk to her in her native language. My aunt means a lot to me and she is one of my role models, so I wanted to impress her. Unfortunately, Tam doesn't offer Swedish, so I turned to my next resort: French. So far I have really enjoyed French and I cannot wait until I am in 7-8 and able to participate in the exchange program with the Frenchies.
